Jim Horn, Chief Financial Officer
Jim Horn is the Urban League of Greater Madison’s Chief Financial Officer. He oversees all financial operations for the agency. He has an experienced financial professional in both the public sector and nonprofit sector, including serving in financial leadership roles at Dane County Human Services, Porchlight, Mental Health Center of Dane County, and the State of Wisconsin.
Jim has a Business Administration –Finance from UW Green Bay, and he completed MBA coursework at UW-Milwaukee. He is on the board of directors at Wisconsin Lakes, where he currently serves as Treasurer.
