Mark Richardson is the Vice President of Economic and Workforce Development at the Urban League of Greater Madison.  He has worked at the Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce, the State of Wisconsin Department of Tourism, and most recently the  Department of Commerce as division administrator for housing and community development.

Mark holds degrees in English and Humanities with a minor in marketing from Augustana College.  Mark is active in the Greater Madison commiunity, including serving as the redistricting committee chair for the City of Madison, as a Board member of Downtown Madison Inc., and as a member of the Madison Network of Black Professionals.
