Nichelle is the Vice President of Education and Learning at the Urban League of Greater Madison.  She started in July 2010 as the Director of Learning.  Her role involves providing all strategic oversight of programs that focus on youth education, including staffing the Education Committee of the Board of Directors. Her role includes creating and cultivating partnerships with principals of 12 middle schools and six high schools and works closely with the key funders of programs.

Previous to coming to the Urban League, Nichelle has worked as the Director of Development and Community Relations at the Community Action Coalition for South Central Wisconsin and as the Resource Development and Volunteer Coordinator at the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Dane County.

Nichelle holds degrees in a Master of Science, Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University, and a Bachelor of Science, Family and Consumer Journalism from UW-Madison.
