Cynthia Cauthern is CEO and Owner of Align Business & Technology Solutions, a privately held company providing information technology contract staffing and executive recruiting to technology and life science companies. She has worked at start-up and multinational companies, in positions ranging from director of global sales, national sales manager and director of commercial operations.  In all of her roles, Cynthia has been responsible for leading high impact teams to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.  Cynthia’s volunteer activities are geared to improving the educational success of youth and providing venture capital for early stage technology companies.  She has served on the boards of Women In Focus and The Madison Development Corporation. She has earned a B.S. degree from The Pennsylvania State University, MBA from Antioch University, M.S. in Biotechnology from the School of Medicine and Public Health, University of Wisconsin – Madison and Ph.D. in Religious Studies.
