As Principal of Rose CFO Solutions, Cynthia Hughes has over 20 years of experience in multiple industries with a strong blend of management, financial and technical knowledge. She has deep experience working with a broad variety of financial systems and is adept at managing the nuts and bolts of your financial organization including general management accounting and reporting, treasury functions, internal controls, information technology, human resources, facilities, risk management, audits, contracts, grants, raising capital and debt financing. Her work experience spans from several start-ups to a Fortune 1000 SEC company as well as co-founding an innovative management accounting firm.

Cynthia holds a BS degree in Accounting from UW-La Crosse, graduating summa cum laude. She is a Certified Public Accountant and serves as a member of the Greater Madison Area Chamber of Commerce Small Business Advisory Council and numerous other professional organizations. Since the early 80s she has served as a board member for several privately held companies, non-profit and association organizations.
