Daniel O’Callaghan is an attorney at Michael Best & Friedrich LLP where he is a member of the Land & Resources Practice Group, focusing his practice in the areas of transactional real estate, real estate development, land use, and zoning law. He also advises municipal governments on various aspects of planning and zoning law and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners. Mr. O'Callaghan previously worked for the Milwaukee Department of City Development and served as secretary of the Board of Zoning Appeals for more than four years. He holds his degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School. His community involvement includes the City of Madison Community Development Block Grant Commission, Dane County Housing Authority Board of Commissioners, and Dane County Development Group Board of Directors.
